Chris was born in Brazil and moved to America for schooling. He moved to Southern California for the surfing and skateboarding lifestyle. After moving in 2000, Chris has worked in many different fields in the construction industry, including managing several home design warehouses, owning a home remodel business and owning a retail store in La Mesa. In the many years of interacting with customers, Chris has developed outstanding communication and customer service skills. Chris has completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified Inspector. He is also a certified thermographer and remains current on building standards with training offered by Orange and South Coast Property Inspections. With over 20 years of construction and inspection experience, he is a valued member of our inspection team.
