Jim Woodford is the CEO of AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspection Service, Inc. He has owned and operated this AmeriSpec office since 1988. With over 32 years of home inspection experience and over 20,000 inspections preformed, Jim continues to perform inspections. AmeriSpec Orange Coast has grown to eight certified inspectors and an office staff of five to ensure clients receive the very best in service. Jim personally trains each of his inspectors and oversees their continuing education. Jim completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified AmeriSpec Inspector.
