Ed has been inspecting homes in the Southern California area since 1988. He is our most senior inspector who has completed over 20,000 residential inspections. With over 30 years in the inspection industry, he remains current on building standards with training offered by Orange and South Coast Property Inspections. Ed completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified Inspector. With Ed’s attention to detail combined with his standard of excellence in client satisfaction, he is one of our most requested inspectors and is a natural for the home inspection industry.
