Certified Inspector Alejandro was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. His father taught him many things about building and constructing homes as he worked in engineering and construction. Before choosing a career in inspections, he received his Bachelor’s degree from CSULB. Alejandro has completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified Inspector. Alejandro’s quiet and patient nature makes him an ideal inspector with fantastic communication skills. He is dedicated to customer service and remains current on building standards with training offered by Orange and South Coast Property Inspections.
