Steve started inspecting for Orange and South Coast Property Inspections in 1993. He is one of our senior inspectors with over 18,000 inspections performed. Steve completed technical training based on the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) to become a certified Inspector. He remains current on building standards with training offered by Orange and South Coast Property Inspections. Steve worked for 14 years as a general, commercial and industrial contractor before becoming an Orange and South Coast Property Inspections inspector. With his knowledge of construction, his services as an inspector are very much in demand and he is a valued member of our team.
